You can choose to receive your policy related communications (including policy schedules) by email rather than by post. By doing this, you can also choose to receive text notifications that we've sent you an email.
To update your contact preferences on your car, home, contents or landlord policies through My AA Insurance, select the ellipsis next to the policy you wish to update, select ‘Policy details' and then 'Policy contact'. You can then select ‘Edit’ to choose whether you receive your policy related communications through email or post, and update the email and phone number or postal address we have listed.
Changes made through My AA Insurance are specific to each policy they’re made on. If you have more than one policy, you'll need to update each policy individually to ensure your details are correct.
