Our contact centre is open from 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 6pm on weekends and public holidays.

Depending on the number of policies you are cancelling, and whether or not other details need to be changed, the call will take around five minutes.

Please be aware that if your policy is paid by direct debit instalments, there may be an outstanding amount still left to be paid. A consultant will discuss this further with you, if necessary.
