Auckland, 19 September 2016 – Ambitious goals set by the Distribution team at AA Insurance have paid off this year as the company was presented with the Supreme Award for customer service at the annual New Zealand CRM Contact Centre Awards on Friday.
“Following last year’s event, which was the first time the team had entered, they set a number of ambitious goals including getting into the top three of over 50-seat contact centres,” says Justine Burn, Head of Distribution and Business Systems for AA Insurance.
The team not only won the top award for a New Zealand contact centre with over 50 seats, but also scored the inaugural New Zealand Livechat award and the Insurance sector award.
“To see the team exceeding all expectations by winning these awards is absolutely fantastic,” says Justine. “It’s an honour to receive this external acknowledgement of the care our people provide for our customers, every single day.”
The CRM Contact Centre Awards began in 1997 to recognise the efforts of contact centre staff across New Zealand. The rigorous review process, which involves mystery shopping, is designed to measure the quality of service delivered by contact centres over the telephone and email/internet. It remains the largest industry event for contact centres in New Zealand to acknowledge companies who provide the highest levels of service and who understand the important role a contact centre plays in their organisation.
