We're currently moving our policies to a new system. If you started a new policy on or after 28/04/2025 or your policy is renewing on or after 21/10/2025, your direct debit payments are processed seven days a week, including public holidays and weekends.
If you have an existing policy and/or your policy started before 28/04/2025 date and a payment falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll attempt to deduct it on the next available business day.
