Auckland, 4 November 2016 – AA Insurance has won, for the first time since 2011, the Large Workplace category (400-750 employees) of the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards.

The awards are based on employee ratings in a confidential online survey. This year over 36,000 employees from 210 New Zealand organisations in the private and public sectors participated in the survey. Fifty workplaces were selected as finalists, 29 of which were new entries. AA Insurance’s 650 plus employees graded their workplace and employers across key categories including leadership, culture, recognition and engagement.
