Customer Service Centres
Our Customer Service Centres are designed to get you back on the road quicker. We take care of everything in the one place to reduce your stress and make the whole repair process smooth and painless. Our Customer Service Centres are available exclusively for AA Insurance customers in the Auckland and Hamilton areas.

We have a nationwide group of repairers who we trust and recommend to repair your car. By using our repairer network you can be assured that any repairs to your car will be guaranteed for life, even if you sell your car.
Temporary Accommodation
We will cover reasonable alternative accommodation for you, any family members living with you and your domestic pets if your home becomes uninhabitable due to loss covered by your policy or covered entirely by the NHC. (Cover is limited to $20,000 and a maximum of 12 months.)
In the event of an earthquake or tsunami covered by this policy, or covered entirely by the NHC, at our discretion we may extend the 12 month limit and pay up to $40,000 for temporary accommodation.
